San Telmo Methodology

Learning model based on the Case Method

The sector’s major trends, challenges and opportunities are explored through three complementary formats: case-study discussions, dialogue with executives and interactive lectures, encouraging strategic reflection and the exchange of experience among business leaders.

Current cases

Cases written or selected specifically for each edition, focusing on situations of maximum relevance and current business issues.

Analysis of the issues that set the agenda for companies, from the specific challenges of local markets to the trends that affect the main international groups.

The executives who are the protagonists of the cases take part in the sessions to share their experience and debate directly with participants.

An environment of maximum confidentiality, with no media presence and no public dissemination of the content shared.

Is it compatible with running a company?

Yes. FAMA (Food Forum for Morocco and Africa) is designed for business owners and senior executives who wish to dedicate a day to analyzing the main challenges of the agri-food sector in Morocco and Africa without stepping away from the management of their organizations.

The forum combines the Case Method with direct dialogue with CEOs and senior executives of leading companies, fostering the exchange of experiences, approaches and business opportunities among participants.

FAMA is reserved exclusively for business owners, chairs, CEOs, general managers and members of management committees of companies linked to the agri-food sector.

It is a senior management meeting aimed at those involved in defining their organizations’ strategy who want to learn first-hand about the challenges and opportunities of the Moroccan and African market.

Registration costs €550 (equivalent to 6,000 Moroccan dirhams).

Places are limited to 60 participants, so early registration is recommended.

FAMA will be held on 9 April 2026 at The View Bouznika, in Bouznika (Morocco).

The forum is held entirely in English, fostering an environment of debate and exchange among executives from Spain, Morocco and other markets linked to the agri-food sector.
