Purpose
The Advisory Board’s main goal is to raise awareness of San Telmo’s projects worldwide. It is chaired by renowned business leader Peter Brabeck-Letmathe and brings together leading business owners and senior executives from five continents.
Business Policy
Business Policy is the field of knowledge focused on researching and teaching the knowledge, values, will and innate qualities a person must have to hold senior management positions.
It helps business owners, senior executives and public leaders understand the content of their work, which is none other than choosing a better future in terms of effectiveness and fairness and making it a reality with the whole organization.
One of the Board’s objectives is to understand the challenges facing leading companies today. Since its earliest meetings, most participants have agreed that the main challenges fall into four fundamental areas:
People; above all, succession and the generational handover
A business model capable of weathering economic and financial crises
The role of business in society and the values of ownership and of all stakeholders
