Español Caja Rural del Sur Foundation, aware of the need of advanced training of managers for the modernization of Andalusian companies, this year will continue to support the different activities developed by San Telmo Business School. For this purpose, the agreement maintained since the foundation of this center has been renewed.
The renewal of the agreement has been signed by the president of Caja Rural del Sur and its Foundation, José Luis García-Palacios Álvarez, and the president of San Telmo Foundation, Eustasio Cobreros Vime, who have expressed the interest of both organizations in "joining efforts to promote training, specialization and improvement of the business environment and continuing to boost, strengthen and instrumentalize the social and economic development of southern Spain.
This agreement is signed within the framework to support agricultural cooperatives, which Caja Rural has been carrying out with San Telmo for more than five years. In this sense, this year, nine cooperatives have been granted a scholarship for their participation in the DEA program (Agri-Food Companies Management Program).
In addition, for 2020 is foreseen the writing of a case on cooperatives and the organization of a one-day refresher course, aimed at former students who have completed the Governance Program for Governing Boards of Cooperatives.
