This case shows the evolution of Nestlé as a worldwide company that is going to celebrate its 150 anniversary. Nestle started as a company producing baby food in the nineteenth century and now has grown to become the number one company worldwide in Nutrition, Health and Wellness, diversifying products and with presence in all parts of the globe. It gives more and more importance to the benefits of eating well, taking care to create products with high added value and meet the needs of society today. Since Mr. Bulcke was named CEO of Nestlé, the company has followed a road map that orientate all the organization in order to become more competitive in a more complex world.
