San Telmo takes its Continuity Program to Valencia and Merida


On November 28, one of the sessions of the Continuity Program was held in Valencia and in Merida, which directs this business school to all its former students, regardless of the geographical area to which they belong. 

The session that took place in Valencia was entitled "The balance between the disadvantages and the competitive advantages. Key element of business viability in the agri-food sector "Prof. Miguel Ángel Llano discussed with the participants the Agro Sevilla Group case study. Throughout the same, the need to have an alternative plan for environmental contingency was verified, especially when there is a large concentration of sales in a country.

 

On the other hand, in Mérida, Prof. Raúl Ibáñez gave the session "Promoting business and improving profitability: processes, digitization and management indicators". On this occasion, the case of the Mission Box, a "last mile" logistics company of Deliveroo or Glovo style, where the management, ordering and processing of the information generated by the businesses currently being discussed was discussed.
