Español Today, is the First Edition of the San Telmo Business School Corporate Governance Program. It is a specialization of the Master program aim at deep understanding of the duties of a corporate board of directors and the role of the chairman with regard the board.
The program has a practical approach into business. Therefore, it is based on real business situations, presence of speakers and the extensive experience of the participants.
The objectives are:
- To understand the function of governance in a company.
- To know how to interact with a board of directors, shareholders or the owner.
- The role of the General Director in corporate governance.
The Corporate Governance Program is aimed at those people who have a relationship or participate in the ownership. This program will enable participants to understand differences and links between the work of leading and governance management.
