Miguel Chías González-Blanch

Professor Miguel Chías González-Blanch has built his professional career over more than twenty years in the elevator and escalator industry. He currently serves as General Manager Iberia of the Elevator & Escalator Business Unit at Prysmian Group. Prior to this role, he was General Manager Iberia at EHC Global.

Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions at Ascensores MP, including Director of Installation and Service Operations for the EMEA region, gaining extensive experience in operational management, cost control, business performance and international team leadership.

Since 2024, he has collaborated with San Telmo Business School as a professor in the Control Area, teaching sessions on Cost Management and Management Control Systems. His professional experience provides participants with a practical perspective on business decision-making, performance management and value creation.
