Marina Arroyo Lorenzo

Marina Arroyo Lorenzo is a partner at Inner Business, a leadership and coaching firm that supports managers and executives in developing self-awareness, team management and transformation skills, combining experiential training, individual and team coaching, and facilitation processes.
She has more than 12 years of management experience in leading consumer goods companies, including Kellogg’s, Heineken, Campofrío and Bacardi, where she led marketing and sales teams.
She has taught at several business schools and universities, including ESADE, ESIC, EADA Business School and Universidad CEU San Pablo – CEU San Pablo University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Industrial Organisation, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICAI – Comillas Pontifical University). She has completed the Senior Management Programme for Leading Companies (ADEL) at the Instituto Internacional San Telmo and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence.
She currently teaches Personal Leadership and Human Behaviour in the People Management Area at San Telmo Business School.
