These two cases are prepared to role play. They reflect a situation similar to one that many participants in training programs may have experienced: buying or selling a house. It is essentially a double case study: one version for the buyer and another for the seller, with much common information, but some confidential information for each party. It will be used in simulations or role-plays where participants will negotiate with each other and will be free to reach an agreement or not.
