International Advisory Board for Corporate Policy

Corporate policy is a field focused on researching and teaching all the knowledge, values, wills and inherent features required for taking a senior management position. It helps businesspeople, senior managers and politicians to understand the meaning of their job: choosing a better future in terms of efficiency and justice and implement it in the organization.

The Advisory Board is a project with the objective of making San Telmo’s prospects known worldwide. It is chaired by the Chairman Emeritus of Nestlé, Peter Brabeck-Letmathe and composed of businesspeople and managers from Andalusia and Extremadura, business leaders from the rest of Spain and businesspeople and senior managers from Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

Objectives

One of the main objectives is to know what challenges large companies face today. In this respect, most of the attendants of the first meeting held in April 2018 agreed to assert that the main challenges lie in four key aspects:

Digitalization and innovation

People, especially with regard to succession and generational transfers

A business model capable of overcoming economic and financial crises

Image and content

The role of companies in society and the value of property and all stakeholders
