Get know FOODepartment

In 1984, the Food Business Department was created to meet growing demand for training in the sector. After several years, an emblematic project emerged: The FOODepartment.

It develops executive education programs for senior managers using the Case Study Methodology as the main teaching tool.  It carries out long-term programs, innovative custom-designed projects for companies and seminars or discussion forums to reflect on global trends affecting the sector, while promoting networking.

San Telmo Business School has more than 7,500 alumni from national and international companies in the food industry. It maintains close relationships with leading companies in the food chain industry for the writing and annual renewal of case studies, as well as by creating advisory councils in each of the regions where it operates.
