Case Method

One of the main goals of the LYDES Programme is to develop the managerial skills of the participants. For this purpose, an active and very practical teaching method is used: the case method.

A "case" is a description of a real and complex business situation in which a number of questions similar to those faced in day-to-day business life are posed. The case method is structured in three phases:

  1. Individual case studies
  2. Tutored team work
  3. General session with the teacher

The bridge between universities and companies

The LYDES Programme serves as a bridge between the university and the company.
