In October 2010, Carlos Rodriguez, CEO and founder of Raza Nostra, wondered about how to grow and expand a recently developed business unit called Hamburguesa Nostra (HN). HN manufactures and commercializes a range of 30 types of natural-made no-preservatives and high quality hamburgers (hamburguesas in Spanish). The first two HN outlets -established in Madrid- are exceeding sales expectations. Carlos is excited about HN market opportunities but he must address quite important issues, such as financing growth, how to prevent copycats, speed and way to expand, and Raza Nostra role in the future development.
