Juan Paneque is Partner of Gestiónitas, a Human Resources consultancy company, CEO and Co-Founder of Team2Go Talent Management Solutions, a start-up provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software, and Part Time Professor at San Telmo Business School, in the area of People Management.
At San Telmo, he has been academic director, executive director and professor of numerous management development programs for companies such as La Caixa, BBVA, Schweppes, Carrefour, Coca-Cola, Cecofar, Mahou, Airbus, Cepsa, Grupo DIA, Consum , Heineken and Makro, among others. Up to date, he has lectured on leadership Programs to more than 3,000 managers and entrepreneurs.
Enthusiastic about people development, he has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of leadership, strategic HR management, change management in organizations, professional development and personal leadership. He began his professional career in 1990 in the multinational Landis & Gyr, and later in Siemens Metering, where he held positions of responsibility in business development, in the electrical and industrial sectors.
Juan is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Seville (1990), and holds an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School (1999). He has completed his training with various academic development programs, and is also certified as an Executive Coach and Team Coach by the European School of Coaching and ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Additionally, he is officially certified in the administration and use of the MBTI Type Indicator Test, FIRO-B and in the "Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching" coaching process.
His mother tongue is Spanish, and is fluent in English.
