5 REASONS NOT TO MISS THE FAM

1. A day of reflection with tha main actors in the Food Chain, discussing about the challenges that affect our businesses.

2. A high level debate forum to analyse our business and to develop business relations in the Food Chain.

3. A unique opportunity to discuss Cases of leading companies.

4. Open and lively debates with the top executives of the Cases discussed and international experts.

5. Brings together companies from every part of the Food Chain: primary, industry, distribution and auxiliary services.

The food and agribusiness chain, from seed to fork, is one of the biggest economic sectors in Italy. However, home market maturity and global food business developments are fundamentally changing the rules of the game in the food chain : increasing retail power and private labels, pressure on prices, new competitors from emerging economies, raw materials price increase and volatility, the digital transformation of consumers, … The speed of change is increasing, and careful strategic thinking to continuosly reinvent the business model is becoming a top priority: a successful history does not guarantee a brilliant future.

FAM 2014

The Seminar FAM is an annual forum for senior management, which aims to generate in-depth strategic thinking and debate on the challenges to compete and create value in the Food Chain, therefore analysing the business models of leading firms and promoting a fruitful exchange of experiences, approaches and points of view.

The teaching method is based on the Case Method, discussions with thought leading speakers and panel discussions. The Cases discussed in FAM have been specially selected to address the themes of the seminar and are complemented with debate sessions with the top executives from the companies which have been analysed during the
Case discussions.

FAM offers a unique opportunity to explore emerging business challenges agribusiness companies are facing, get practical ideas to address them and establish business relationships at the highest level.
